Written requests for a refund must be faxed, received at the UCLA CTO PO Box listed below, or delivered in person by the following deadlines:

| No refund | After 9/30/2015 |
| *Minus $20 for processing and $6 non-refundable per-ticket fee. | |

A full refund of the registration fee will be issued if the conference is canceled, discontinued, or rescheduled. A refund will be credited to your monthly credit card statement approximately 2-4 weeks upon receiving your written request for a refund.
