Registration
Conference Registration is a 2-Step Process
Your conference registration will be incomplete if you skip any steps. Submitting your pre-registration form alone is NOT sufficient to secure your seat.
U.S. General Public
The U.S. general public may pre-register and pay/register online, by mail or fax, or in-person.
All Others
Current students, UC faculty+staff members, international customers, or conference scholarship recipients may pre-register online, but may only pay/register by mail, fax or in-person.
Notes
Each individual person registering for this event must pay the registration fee, even if only one person’s credit card will be used to pay for the registration fees for an entire group of people. For example, if John Doe wants to pay the registration fees for himself as well as pay the registration fees for his two colleagues, Mary Smith and George Green, then John, Mary, and George each will have to complete their very own pre-registration form, but all three people in this group will list John Doe’s credit card information when they complete payment processing.
Online payment/registration will be administered by the UCLA Central Ticketing Office (CTO). Online, credit card-paying registrants will see the registration fees on their monthly credit card statement, which will read, “UCLA Tickets.” Please print out the confirmation page and bring it to the check-in desk on the day of the event.
To be eligible for the students’ fee, a copy of current student ID or current proof of student status and photo identification are required, to be enclosed, faxed, or delivered in person together with the completed registration form.
Registration by Mail or Fax
To register by mail or by fax, you must:
- Complete the Pre-Registration form.
- Complete the Payment/Registration form.
- Enclose the check or credit card information
- Students: Photocopy of your current student photo ID is required
UC faculty members+staff members: Photocopy of your current University of California faculty photo ID is required - Mail or fax all of these items, in one package, to UCLA Central Ticket Office

Registration in Person at the UCLA Central Ticket Office
