UCLA Extension has kindly agreed to facilitate online registration for the three day symposium.

If you prefer to register by mail, please download the conference brochure, which contains a registration form.

Tickets for the opening address by Former NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, Thursday, December 12, 2002, 7:30-8:30 p.m., are available to the general public. The cost is $20.00 general admission, and $10.00 for those who enroll in the conference.
